I tell Sam all the time when he wants to buy something. Do not waste anyone's time or efforts. Get two quotes (not three). Be transparent with both companies and explain your thinking and wait.

At Flagg Drafting, we take on the same approach. Take your time, get quotes, have conversations - educate yourself. To me, it's a waste of your time. With us, you will receive everything you could imagine, at or below market value.

Building is fun, I get it. If you can not wait patiently on my schedule, no worries. Many clients, so far, want to sign our agreement at initial consultation. I encourage you to wait until existing conditions and other options are presented - let's not rush

I typically invest 4-5 hours on every project, depending on scope. If you are still "kicking tires", for a small fee, I will spend 30 minutes to one hour breaking down your ideas. From there I will complete my 9-point service agreement, including real-world construction budgets, and a complete breakdown of potential design/structural costs. It will be more expensive if you wait.
